pickWhen I was a kid Narnia, Middle-earth, and Oz were all equally weighted and the characters and locations all mingled freely in my head. I read through Baum's 14, but haven't revisited them since I was in maybe 3rd grade. I've been rereading them in 40-page chunks between novels and just finished up book 9. When I was a kid these were adventure novels, now they're just goofy low-stakes fun. #OzReread
This made me chuckle. Apparently the marvelous land of Oz has lost some of its luster for ol' Button-Bright. #OzReread
