Two of my favorite things and this book did not disappoint! I loved watching Barrett and Miles relive Sept 21st again and again, breaking past each other's barriers and embracing new experiences. The ending really got me 🥹

4.5⭐ I thoroughly enjoyed this quirky love story. I think the time loop trope is executed uniquely and really well, and the characters are so dang likeable that I became quite invested in their happily ever after.

Spending a quiet evening cross-stitching and listening to my book while enjoying some kitty cuddles. An excellent way to spend my time.

2022 is my year of Rachel Lynn Solomon as I have now officially read all of her recent works in the last six months! This one lands right in the middle favorite-wise, but I did enjoy it. And, like all her work, it was a quick, engaging read.
I was nervous at first because I do not like time traveling romances, but it turns out time *loop* romances are right up my alley 😂

Barett Bloom realises that she keeps repeating her first day of university and then discovers that Miles from her physics class is, too but he‘s been trapped for a couple of months already. They team up to find their way out of the time loop and along the way develop feelings for each other.

Oooo I really liked this. Sweet and funny, I liked the completely bonkers nature of the time loop being combined with a very normal college day. It kept me guessing and kept me coming back and didn‘t use the typical “let‘s get mad and have a big misunderstanding” thing at 85% like so many romances do (that annoys me). Big thanks to NetGalley for the digital advance copy. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Groundhog Day but it‘s the first day of college and after you realize you‘re in a time loop, you find out a classmate is stuck in the time loop with you 😳

The book is really funny and engaging, at times kind of racy for YA, and nearly gave me a heart attack in the last 25 pages. Definitely recommend!

If you can go with the flow and assume you won‘t understand *why* it all happened, this is a great book! Such a cute story & a fun loop that kept me grinning the whole time. Someone point me in the direction of the nearest empty pool ball pit!! 🎊

I had to give up on the audiobook; the narrator keeps slipping into Valley Girl. 🙄

I'll try it in print, but I'm not sanguine. I inevitably seem to love Solomon's adult books and hate her YA. I guess this would be technically NA, since it's set in college but it's definitely on the YA side.

See You Yesterday is a young adult contemporary romance with science fiction and paranormal elements. Barrett Bloom is a college freshman who has a disastrous first day at school. Imagine her surprise when she wakes up the next morning and it‘s that same first day all over again. And again. This a sweet love story about reliving the same day and I recommend it to young adult fans that enjoy contemporary romances with a touch of the extraordinary.

This was so good! I've seen it labeled as YA, but I think New Adult works too. The main characters are starting their 1st day of their freshman year of college. Barrett has the worst 1st day. She wakes up the next morning only to discover it's her 1st day again. And then it happens again. She's stuck in a loop. And it doesn't take her long to discover she's not the only one. Very funny and sweet. TW: Barrett is heavily bullied in HS. Out 5/17

Started this ARC last night. It has a Groundhog Day type plot (this is spoiled in the book description). Barrett's 1st day of college is a disaster. When she wakes up the next morning, it's her 1st day of college again. And then again and again and again...
So far, I'm really enjoying.
