I hate the cover of the kindle edition so much that I took a picture of the title page instead. I didn‘t *hate* this book, but it does have me thinking I‘m a complete prude. The writing was kind of silly in the beginning—she blows many a raspberry and he ‘gets off on‘ her voice or looking at her lips and it just doesn‘t sit right in this type of book, ya know? 😅 I liked it enough, but I‘m still so hung up on Abby J. books and that‘s that 🤷🏼♀️
Summer has a messy and complicated family life. Rhett has a successful career in bull riding but is searching for something, but he doesn‘t know what. Sparks fly when Summer is sent to ‘baby sit‘ Rhett by her father who happens to be Rhett‘s agent. The tension and banter make for great reading. Full of heart and a great set of secondary characters who you can‘t help but love too. Can‘t wait to read the next in the series.
🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️🌶️/5 for the whole series!
Spicy🥵 BUT all with amazing stories to tell!! I absolutely love all the characters in each book and how they all make an appearance in each story…you really get to know them this way!! And of course I live on a farm, so cowboy reading is where it‘s at!!!❤️❤️❤️
Busy month at a stressful time and these escapist small town romances are just the ticket for a lovely break. Pretty spicy, but I like the storytelling and setting so much! Currently on the 3rd one, taking advantage of my kindle unlimited free trial!
When your fur baby is fast asleep 😴 on your book 📖 and you don‘t want to wake her up 😆 reading 📖 and listening 👂 to this on audio via Spotify - didn‘t know audio books included with Spotify subscription 😀 had it on out loud at work yesterday which was v funny 🤣 with some of the naughty 😈 🙊words 🥵😅😂
I loved this small town romance. I was surprised how easily I was drawn in. Spicy and fun and this is book 1 in the series so I'll definitely be reading the rest. #LittensLoveRomance
This was a solid, steamy small town contemporary romance. This one involves a bull rider with an image issue and a young lawyer whose father sends her to fix things. I liked the character work, both protagonists had to work through things, even if the male protagonist was a little annoying the first half of the book, he redeemed himself later. I look forward to reading the next book of this series which I‘ve heard is excellent. 3.75⭐️
This terrible cover aside, I might just be trading in the "hockey" trope for cowboys because HOLY COW this book was ?. Am I a buckle bunny now? Because I do live in the south again, and have half a mind to start showing up at rodeos in chaps ?
