Mehso-so

At first I was not as engaged as I remembered being with the first in the series,Pride and Prescience. The middle with the transformed Mr. Dashwood,& his appalling shenanigans,(at times ridiculous)went on too long. I did enjoy the supernatural pieces, & the theme of reason v intuition. I wish we had an in between pick & a so-so. This feels somewhere in between.

Starting this today. I am trying to balance reading my library books and my TBR books. I just finished a book from my TBR, so now it is time for. Library book.

tokorowilliamwallace I've been attempting this balance, too, but it's a losing battle! I'm in the middle of 9 library books, and who knows how many owned ones. 2y

Allylu Okay...I would be glad to read any of these. Here‘s my order: 1) Address for Murder, 2) Hiss and Hers (I‘m curious to read an Agatha Raisin novel), 3) The Mysterious Affair at Styles (couldn‘t go wrong with Agatha Christie), and 4) Suspense and Sensibility (oh, the Darcy‘s)! AND how do you put the links in the comments? 4y
Roary47 @Allylu when you comment you should see a ribbon below your text box to add links. For me top pick is 1.The Mysterious Affair at Styles (it‘s book one), Hiss and Hers (Had the first one on my TBR), Address for Murder, then Suspense and Sensibility. 4y
Allylu Thanks @Roary47 ! Oh! I see it now! Oh my, how silly am I? Thank you. 4y
Roary47 @Allylu anytime! 😊 4y
tdrosebud My first choice would be Address for Murder, I've never read one featuring a mail carrier. My last choice would be the Agatha Raisin book, only because her character irks me for reasons unknown. I'm not totally against it though if that's what everyone else wants, maybe I'd figure out why she irks me 😅 4y
DarcysMom Since there are two first places for Address for Murder, that is what I will go with. @tdrosebud @Roary47 @Allylu 4y
