I really liked the heroine, she was shy but feisty and felt genuine. The Hero, not so much, he was supposed to be this dark mobster but really he was just kind of dirty...and not really all that mobster-ly. I had a few issues with him and maybe I felt he didn't really deserve Sparrow...but meh what can I say...love is love and maybe he grew on me a little.

Dopo averlo letto non so che pensare... Sinceramente visti i "tremendi" avvertimenti pensavo di ritrovarmi a leggere un libro più Dark, con atmosfere più cupe e un protagonista molto più stronzo e crudele, cattivo e spietato invece nulla. Tutto si riduce a lui che ama/ è ossessionato da lei e lei che fa la difficile il tutto con un po' di storie sulla mafia ad arricchire la storiella erotica... Mi aspettavo di più e mi ha deluso :(

This was a gray and gritty story, not quite dark, but definitely not sunshine and roses either. It's not #romantsy, so I recommend it when you are in the mood for #drama and angry lust. #bookblogger #mafiaromance
