I had a look at my litsy photos to find the last biggie I read and noticed it was in that great time for reading between Christmas and New year. I'd had this on my shelf for a while and as ever when I put it down wondered why it had taken me so long to get to it.

Kammbia1 I have only read Elantris (which I really liked) and some of Warbreaker (which I did not finish). However, I do want to read more of his work. But he writes huge door stoppers…lol

JuliaTheBookNerd @Kammbia1 I read the first in this series and absolutely loved it but then I read that it‘s going to be 10 books total but separated into two 5 book series within so I‘m waiting on the 5th book before I reread the first and read the rest 😊 way too much to remember if there are years between books 😬🤪 2y

The Goldfinch: A Novel | Donna Tartt

I was awed by this 771 page tome when I read it back in 2013. I haven‘t yet seen the movie. I later went on to read The Secret History which I also enjoyed. I have The Little Friend on my shelf and hope to get to it soon.

Kimberlone Skip the movie, it‘s not good! The book is soooooo much better. They need to make a proper miniseries adaptation to fully encompass the book. 2y
