Have you ever tried a food you read in a book (cookbooks excluded, I hope you try that food! Lol)?
When I read this book Walter was ALWAYS eating Necco Waffers and I had no idea what they were. Randomly, I found some today & decided to try them. And they aren't half bad! Walter's favorite were the purple, which I discovered were black licorice flavored! Yum! My fave too!

Been slacking on my reading lately because my husband and I are doing a rewatch of our favorite series ever. Highly recommend if you're looking for a sci-fi that you can definitely binge watch!

I'm getting the feeling that #Fringe was heavily influenced by this book, especially with the term "Observer." I don't mind, but I'm looking at the show in a completely different light now and it's kind of cool
so-soStarted off a little meh (probably why I've been trying to read it since mid-Nov). About 2/3 in it really picked up & felt more like an episode of Fringe. Let's just say, it got weird & had you going "WTF?!?!" Loved the book after that. Sadly the first part was a bit dull. Good writing, but nothing fringe-y going on, which was why I was reading it. I'd give it a 3/5. It ended on an interesting note. I'd read the last third again.
Got a lot of reading done during my husband's music therapy appt. I think I might just finish the book when I get home. 😊
I was so overwhelmed on where to start to recover my living room from the Christmas explosion that I decided to just sit down and read. The hubs said it was probably a good idea because even he could tell I was getting majorly stressed out. I got to read for over an hour and about 75pages. Not a bad start to the new year, especially since i want to try to read everyday this year.
