GPS missed it by “that much” on Monday, but I did find the used bookstore Turn the Page on my way out of Williamsburg yesterday. (It‘s not in the Litsy database.
I managed to restrain myself and only bought the tagged book.
It was also charming to listen to big band music while browsing, and even the bag is cute.
These audiobooks are honestly such a comfort to me. I listened to this series during a personal rough period (health problems - my husband). Listening to them again reminds me I am a survivor.
1. I‘m a planner, but definitely not to the last degree.
2. In the tagged book, Kinsey ends up going undercover in an auto insurance fraud ring. She‘s all set to meet with her contact and get all the inside information, but that meeting never happens. Instead she gets thrown into the situation prematurely and has to “wing it” not just to succeed but to survive.

pickSo, I liked this. But because of the narrator I had a hard time getting into and finishing it. I was tempted to give it a so-so only based on the narrator (which isn‘t fair). I think I have the next one in print. (If not I‘ll wait till I get it in print first - I usually find these in used bookstores)
Thought I‘d get some #Audio in, but this narrator is killing me! I might have to shelf it until I get a print copy.
I needed to put something on that reminds me of my grandma reading to me… having a limpia with and egg, and some extra hands on me for healing 💛💚💛💚 and Packers
