Yep! I liked it. Of course there are a few problematic things but it was written over 30 years ago.

After years of avoiding James Patterson I‘ve decided to give him a try. 😲
pickThis is a legal thriller that deals with a lawyer at the top of his game, who spirals out of control after his wife is murdered. After getting his act together he is charged with the murder of a client's wife and must bring his best to keep his freedom. It was a fun, easy read, although I did feel the little bit of romance in the story was underplayed and felt flat. I still enjoyed it and I would pick up the next one if the series continues. 3.5/5
pickI reread the first book bc I forgot what happened now I‘m on the second book … 📖. Don‘t wait year or 2 too decide to go back to the book series or my brain is that dumb .
so-soHmmm 🤔. Sooo this was a hard book to start but I hate to leave a book once Iv started. The book started with sooo many characters (and I‘m not sure if anyone else creates images in there head when reading) it was very tough to keep up. Once I stuck with it, got easier and the book was so-so, was an ok book. 📖
