Librarybelle @kspenmoll My mom and I watched Murder, She Wrote together when it originally aired…at least the later years, when I was old enough to watch shows like that. I still try and watch it anytime I can and pretty much know which episode is on by just seeing a few seconds of it. Gotta love the mystery shows! 3w

Happy 4th! Starting my afternoon starting my #seasonalcozies pick for July while grilling up some chicken breast to make chicken salad with later! Going to be a quiet day (my husband works for CBP and he worked 16 hours last night with another 16 hour shift tonight so he needs SLEEP) filled with books, grilling, some soft music, and a few drinks with my sister.

Today‘s prompt brings to mind a beverage I discovered on a honeymoon to Jamaica many years ago… a decadent chocolate martini, a rare treat.

2 Tbsp. chocolate syrup, plus more for drizzling
4 oz. Baileys Irish Cream
4 oz. chocolate liqueur
4 oz. vodka
Shaved chocolate or whipped cream (recipe for 2).

Blessed mayhem indeed! 🍫🍸🤎
