2✨ This was definitely not my favorite. It was very repetitive and dull. The only blood pumping moment was the last maybe 3 chapters. This plot was believable, but pretty extreme for the situation. Plus recovery was really very fast. #SeriesLove

#SpringSkies

This #Lost title is the first book in the Rockton series that spun off into the newer Haven‘s Rock series. It‘s set in the Yukon wilds where people go to a hidden town to get lost from danger. It‘s become one of my favorite mystery/thriller series. 💙🤍🩶 #SeriesLove

Eggs This sounds so gooood 2w
BarbaraBB I just read @Hooked_on_books review about the second book in the series. Both your reviews make me curious! 2w
DebinHawaii @BarbaraBB It‘s an addictive series for sure! The book @Hooked_on_books read is the second book in the second spinoff series, so definitely start with this book & Rockton series before going to the Haven‘s Rock series. 2w

Hooked_on_books They‘re both such good series, @BarbaraBB ! You would think a tiny town hidden in the Yukon wouldn‘t provide enough fodder for so many good books, but Armstrong is terrific. 2w
BarbaraBB Oh thanks, I thought it was the same series but I will start with your book and the Rockton series! 2w
BarbaraBB @Hooked_on_books Now I want to read them all asap… I‘m terrible. 2w
JuliaTheBookNerd One of my favorite series 💙 2w

5✨ Yes, I waited a really long time to start this. It was really worth the wait! I loved the relationship these two had. Simon had a lot of baggage and Daphne is innocent, but can really hold her own. As they learn more about each other their love for each other grows. I also love the extra epilogue in this TV tie in and will need to get the rest this way too. 🥰💛 #SeriesLove

slategreyskies Ah, I‘ve been meaning to read this too! I actually purchased 12 (!!) of the Bridgerton books when they went on a steep Kindle sale a while back, but they‘ve just been waiting for me to start them! Haha 2w
Roary47 @slategreyskies Yay! I‘m in the situation that I want the next one, but I‘m on a book buying ban and broke anyways. So, you at least won‘t have to stop if you don‘t want to. 🥰💛 2w

3✨ Since I didn‘t really like the second book, I wasn‘t sure I was going to continue the series. This story though was really interesting. Serafina finds herself in a difficult situation and the only one that can help is her enemy! It made for an interesting storyline. Book 3 in #SeriesLove

TheSpineView Kudos for sticking it out. Not sure I could have. 3w

3✨This had a Godfather feel to it. Cosi stumbles acrossed another murder. This time it‘s Santa Claus! We learn a lot about his character, and uncover more as the story plays out. I‘m still not a fan of her relationship, but he gets more back story in this one. Joy makes only a brief appearance, and newlywed ex is already past the honeymoon stage. Pretty good mystery. Book 8 in the #SeriesLove

In the second book to the series Stevie is still trying to solve the 1930s kidnapping/murders at Ellingham Academy. Her friends are more involved this time (Janelle, Nate and Vi, and Larry - the security officer) - David (her complicated in a teenage way maybe boyfriend) has gone off the rails, but has a plan? ⬇️

bthegood Another student is found dead (present day) - by the end the kidnapping and one murder solved from the 1930s, but cliffhanger for everything else (and more deaths). Another solid read, good writing, story past and present is engaging. Will continue reading to see how it all ends.

4✨I remember watching a classic movie of this book a long time ago. I just could not remember the ending. A young boy and his father respect the land and the land owner that allows them to live there. One day Danny finds himself drawn to a beautiful dog. He trains him and cares for him as they navigate through the dangers that surround them. Specifically, from Old Majesty a tough bear in the area. I found out this is a series too.

Roary47 This was my #Roll100 for March. #BookSpinBingo for March, and new to my #SeriesLove list that is ever growing. 😅 1mo
TheSpineView I read this series when I was young. Enjoyed it!💜🐕📖📚 1mo
TheAromaofBooks Woohoo!! I have a soft spot for Kjelgaard's writing (Snow Dog and Wild Trek are my favorites), but his writing isn't for everyone haha 1mo

3✨This is the third secret project from Sanderson. Two very different individuals from different worlds need to work together to protect their two worlds. They basically share a physical body while the other is tethered to them. It‘s a very interesting story and naturally the world building was amazing, but I still get lost in the creative mastery that he always provides his reader. #SeriesLove @TheSpineView @Andrew65

4✨This book has been on my TBR forever! It is a retelling from the twelve dancing princesses. I‘m going to be honest I never heard of that German made fairy tale, but I‘ll be reading it soon. 12 princess sisters in this retelling are cursed to dance every night for the Stone King with his 12 sons. Naturally, their kingdom is under a spell where they can‘t help, and any prince that tries does! I love fairy tale retellings so this was awesome! 😍

3✨ I‘ve been wanting to read this since I was young. I‘m glad I‘m finally jumping into this series. We have an alien race that is trying to save our planet from villainous rivals. When the good guy is hurt he helps some teens gain powers to save us and our freedom. #SeriesLove @TheSpineView @Andrew65 (Yes, I was on an Applegate kick)- @MegaWhoppingCosmicBookwyrm made me read it. 😉🤣
