I was in such a reading slump in May--it took me a while to finish my only read, Vassa in the Night, and then I didn‘t pick anything else up until the end of the month.
But I did finish a book off my physical TBR, completed a booked2019 prompt, and am still on track with my Goodreads challenge!
1 Goodreads TBR
1 Physical TBR (owned/on shelf)
1 booked2019 challenge prompt
Vassa in the Night-⭐⭐
A few days late but here is my #MayWrapUp
Seven books read. Not too bad. I feel like I'm getting back into a reading groove. The Alienist and The Martian were my favorites! Maybe the next thing I'll I try to get back into is posting reviews, starting with these.
Let‘s talk about May reads! Let me know in the comments on YouTube if you‘ve read any of the books that I mention in the video or if you‘re adding them to your TBR! https://youtu.be/xJdLXc-NE2I

Books read in May (2/2)
I read the books featured here for Ramadan Readathon. The Unquiet Dead was not what I was expecting and I want to continue reading this series! Mariam Sharma Hits the Road was one I normally would have bailed on, but I stuck it out for this challenge 😂
Books read in May (1/2) Highlights:
My favorite was The Spy with the Red Balloon 🎈
I actually managed to finish an audiobook this month - The Epic Crush of Genie Lo 💪
The Earth, My Butt & Other Big Round Things was not a book I‘d planned to read but thanks to the challenge to read a banned book during the readathon, I found this title 🌍
Anddd we have my #Maywrapup ! I read 8 books last month☺️📚 Four were physical hardcovers, 2 were audio books, and 2 were kindle books!
•The Seven Husbands of Evelyn Hugo= 5 stars!
• The Princess and the Fangirl= 3 stars
And the rest fell between 3-4 stars; overall it was a solid month that I hope to continue on in June!☺️🙌🏼
