When in doubt, read something by Seanan. Totally forgot I had this limited edition hard copy of her most recent publication with Subterranean Press... I love how it feels like a hardcover from the 90s, so much better made than most hardcovers today. I have 423/1250 if anyone‘s wondering 😉

pickThis was fantastic! A series of connected short stories in a world where a squad of high school cheerleaders routinely save the world. The world building is amazing, and also horrifying. It's part Buffy, part Bring it On, and part pure Seanan Mcguire. 4.5⭐
