I chose the side book for #ParanormalLoveCrew this month as it was already on my list of books I should pick up.

It took me a little while to get into the 2 narrative styles, of Jane and Beast, but once I did I got totally sucked in.
I do love urban fantasy though!

Jane is a vampire killer, but is hired by vampires to take out a rogue. But during this mission she will also begin to discover more about her own nature and how she came to be.

I am posting one book per day from my to-be-read collection. No description and providing no reason for wanting to read it, I just do. Some will be old, some will be new - don‘t judge me I have a lot of books.
Join the fun if you want. This is day 311.

Jane Yellowrock saves the day again in the 2nd installment of the series.

Still just as fun and thrilling, plenty of action and humour... but was the love triangle necessary? It was a little messy in an otherwise very good book.

Other than that (and a few questionable but passing opinions I may not have agreed with) still a very good book.

A fun, thrilling and well written urban fantasy.

Jane Yellowrock was a fun and feisty heroine; beautifully flawed, exceedingly powerful and stubbornly independent. The introduction to the world of witches, vamps and other supernaturals was simple but worked perfectly. I really enjoyed this story, and I'm going to be moving into book 2 as soon as I can.

Gissy Sounds good!🤗 3y

Okay book 1 in this series wasn‘t a fluke, book 2 proves this series is awesome and I have a new favourite series. Shapeshifter Jane Yellowrock, still under contract to find and stop the vampire that‘s creating new rogue vamps, discovers a plot that involves kidnapping the children of witches. This book kept me up late at night, reading - and I have zero regrets.

Read this because so many people rave about this series in a UF Facebook group I‘m in. First in Jane Yellowrock series. I was very excited as I started reading it because I was thoroughly enjoying it and getting excited about the prospect of a new series. She shares her body with “Beast”, a large puma, and can shapeshift to Beast at will. She hunts vampires. In the end it was ok. Probably last book for a while as uni semester starts this week.

I love these #Audible book sales. It‘s a good excuse for a #bookhaul I‘m intrigued most by Skinwalker, it‘s written by Faith Hunter. Has anyone read it?

Literary_Siren I haven‘t but I‘m definitely intrigued! It sounds interesting. 4y
Derf @Literary_Siren I‘m starting it this weekend I think. Let‘s hope it goes well! 4y
