As today is the 211th anniversary of the publishing of my fave book, I went with Jane Austen for the #UnusualAuthName prompt. Austen used a pseudonym like many female authors of her era. Her 1st published novel, Sense and Sensibility was “By a Lady.” Pride and Prejudice was published in 3 volumes as “By the Author of Sense and Sensibility.”

Not a new book for me but I buy new editions that catch my eye like my 2 newest shown.

#NewYearNewBooks Day 28: #UnusualAuthName with “PleaseFindThis” as name of author and title of the book is: “I Wrote This For You And Only You.” Interesting premise. I especially loved the coloured photographs, and there is the seeming conversation initiated by the author with the reader – hence the title and the supposed name of the author.
