It‘s cherry blossom season in DC so on Friday I walked down to the tidal basin to enjoy the nice weather and took some books and bookish merch with me for a photo shoot 😁. I love Tookish Candle Company and this new candle I got smells so nice! Godmotherx5 I‘ve heard the blooms are difficult to predict. I was there in March 2008 & they bloomed the week after we left. 6y

Merethebookgal @Godmotherx5 yeah, any change in the weather can throw it off. First they said it was going to be one of the earliest blooms ever this year and then we got more cold weather and snow so they didn‘t reach peak bloom until last week, which is probably a more normal time. 6y
