Sometimes characters in a book can bring you sadness. The loss of Cedric was so overwhelming both in the book and the movie you cannot help but want to cradle the boy in your arms trying to protect him. Just like Harry did. Sometimes the world can be a scary place and you lose people, friends, family and even strangers but their loss is still profound.
