So… the cinnamon bread a huge hit
Blueberry I like mine better but it was good just a bit crispy 🤷🏻‍♀️

The boys don‘t like streusel 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ so I left it off.. my daughter and I LOVE IT. But we ate it before the picture 🤣🤣 and she had to go home🙃.

There is a page for quick breads and then under it is cinnamon blueberry etc..I‘ll post it next👩🏻‍🍳

Tamra @TheBookHippie I picked up a very very well loved (as in falling apart) first edition at an antique store. I wouldn‘t normally buy something like that, but it was the strangest sensation I‘ve ever had in a store. I couldn‘t leave something so obviously treasured homeless. Peculiar. 🙃🤪 1mo

On a roll with #MtCookbook! These brownies are ridiculously easy - essentially Nutella, flour, eggs, butter. Voila! No added sugar, because of course Nutella is a sugar bomb.

I will say this challenge is definitely helping me to explore my cookbooks before hopping on Pinterest & Google. 👍🏾

Tamra @mabell no, not that I can tell. It‘s just the convenience factor that is so appealing. I think some strong coffee would be good flavoring too. 2mo

#Mtcookbook adventure! Carrot bread - counts as a vegetable serving, right? 😉

Definitely yummy and not at all too sweet. Recipe indicates raisins are optional, but I wouldn‘t omit because the only sugar comes from 1/2 cup maple syrup & apple sauce.

The tagged cookbook is vegetarian and good one if you like limited ingredient, simple recipes. I need more spice & flavors in general, but that‘s easy to adjust on my end.

Meatloaf a huge comfort food! My mom used Betty Crocker- her cooking Bible-but she also adapted recipes as she saw fit.This is just one of hers/ mine comfort foods. Also scallop potatoes, spaghetti & meatballs, chocolate chip blondie bars, hot fudge sauce,etc. rolling meatballs after school is a fond memory. #midwintersolace

The Complete Guide to Bread Machine Baking | Better Homes and Gardens

First up for #Mtcookbook 🏔️

This book was a surprise. I didn‘t expect to like it as much as I do. I love the variety of breads and how it‘s laid out - user friendly!

P.S. My Cuisinart bit the dust in under two years, whereas my former machine lived to serve for probably a decade or more. 😒 I scored a brand spanking new Hamilton for $20 at a thrift store. I don‘t have to make many loaves for it to pay for itself even if it craps out.
