FINALLY!! I finished this 827 page chunkster that I've been plowing through for over a year. It's a deep dive into history, and the possible alternate histories that could have happened if events had gone a different way. Fans of alternate history fiction would find this very interesting, although very academic at times. 4 💥💥💥💥

I'm starting this non-fiction chunkster tonight. 827 pages of alternate history essays. I love history and alternate history so this should be interesting.

At first, I was planning on not putting this in the pick bin, because the first part is more historical fiction than alternative history. But the rest (and especially Part III) is more up my alley. I feel kind of gross that I read this in a day (#slug)

Also, I was warned about the sex and because I kept expecting to be horrified, I wasn't.
