I mean of course I loved this one! I love Kinsey Malone.. She is a rockstar! I was reading some reviews on this one and.. I agreed. the lacking of some of the other characters (like her landlord)

But I still love this series. I am excited to start “G“ soon. I have it somewhere (ugh moving is rough -- still)

I couldn‘t fine a hard copy of this one (as I had been buying them at used books stores) anyway I have G. So I decided to listen to this one :) so far I am enjoying it :)

The second book I‘ve read this month that checks off the prompt for “published the year you were born” which is 1990. Enjoyed it enough to read a few more in the series, although I assume they‘re all similar and will get a little boring like most light mystery series ( Stephanie Plum, Alex Cross etc) #ReadYourSign

Somewhat lackluster compared to previous Grafton mysteries. Perhaps because Kinsey spends most of the time in a small beach town doing an investigation, instead of her usual stomping grounds and supporting cast (Henry is barely in this one).

F is for Friday night with Kinsey.

This had a slow start... it felt like it went about 20km/h and then all of a sudden went to up 100km/h in an instant and then it ended. And I found it hard to keep a lot of the characters straight.

Got my #stacksandsnacks ready for this weekend‘s #litsypartyofone and #24b4monday! I saved this month‘s Snack Crate for the occasion and both my library holds just came in. Woo hoo! 🎉🎉🎉

Several days late with my #NovemberTBR - I did okay in October but still have lots of carry overs plus four more books added in my quest to #readmyowndamnbooks and both this month and last month‘s #agathachristiebcr2 books. Time to get reading!

In this installment of the alphabet series, Kinsey is hired to find out who really killed a woman 17 years prior. Her client is the convicted killer‘s father. The convicted killer is a fugitive, which makes Kinsey‘s job hard. A small beach town is the setting with lots of potential suspects. As usual, the ending surprised me.

Taking a break after this one because I feel like they're getting a little formulaic. I totally expected that but still... I really liked this story since Kinsey was hired to look back on a cold case that affected a small town and many of its residents! It had my head spinning as I tried to figure out who was the real culprit! Still a fun listen!

#8InTwo Readathon

Sadly, my library doesn't have the audiobook in its collection. So, a paperback it is. 🤓

I am burning my way through this series and I am enjoying it so much. I need to go back and share my thoughts on more of them but this is great: a notorious crime returns to haunt a small community filled with horrible people. I‘m being strict and reading these in order for best effect.

This is the first story in the series to be set outside of Santa Teresa, and that made for an interesting read. This installment makes you think about the relationship between parent/child, and student/teacher. When do you keep trying to reach someone and when do you give up? Do you ever know if you‘ve done enough to prevent future failures?

Most thought-provoking book in the series so far.

Sometimes I die laughing at Sue Grafton‘s sense of humor. Especially since I am an ornery Methodist!

After a crazy January, it's a great feeling to read an entire book in one day. And, of course, this series never disappoints.

Typical me - go into a bookstore for a baby shower gift, walk out with the next book in this series. 😄

I am slowly making my way through this series. I love how Kinsey manages to keep her sense of humour no matter what situation she finds herself in.

Woohoo I'm done! #LitsyAtoZ Book F is complete. This definitely has the best "Ew." moment of the series so far. Onwards to G.

I wil finish this bloody book today. It's good but I keep getting distracted by literally everything. I've signed up for #LitsyAtoZ and I will complete it. Also signed up for #24in48 and I'll be joining the #LitsyPartyOfOne but for now I need to conquer this book.

Ended up not doing any #ItIsSoLateItIsEarlyReading yesterday so I'm doing it now instead. I'm really quite behind on my Goodreads goal already so I want to fix that. I'm glad I picked this series for #LitsyAtoZ though, I'm enjoying the nostalgia. I also painted my nails to match the book cover.

Just woke up after a long nap and have the urge to do some #ItIsSoLateItIsEarlyReading
