Anyone else keep track of their swaps?

I‘m a mood reader but can‘t believe I stayed on theme for the entire month! My issue is I stacked my Oct TBR all year and need an additional couple months to flatten said TBR so I‘ll just redate tomorrow to Oct 32!
October 2024 #MonthlyWrapUp #indexcard
September was all about reading books on my TBR that might not fit my seasonal reading moods for the remainder of the year. I think I did okay! #MonthlyWrapUp #IndexCard
September 2024
For the most part this month I selected books based on cover art providing me a summer feel. I‘m a mood reader, and as September settles in my reading plans take a drastic turn. No telling if these books would have made it off my 2025 TBR so I feel good about this wrap up! #indexcard
August 2024 #MonthlyWrapUp
Another month of reading logged into my #indexcard files. I think I‘m gonna need a bigger 🗃️!
July 2024 #MonthlyWrapUp
Halfway through the year and I‘ve been captivated by so many books - both the treasures quietly resting on my shelves awaiting my recognition of their brilliance and the bright shiny books dazzling me every Tuesday on publication day. Just how do authors manage to write so many good and new stories!?
June 2024 #IndexCard collection
#MonthlyWrapUp
Well, I‘m minutes away from hosting my 10 month-old grandson for the next 4 days and 3 nights - by myself! And some of that daytime will also include his first cousin and my 22 month-old grandson. 3 year-old twins will be in Branson, MO and - goodness I love them- told there parents‘ they‘d rather stay with me! ….I think it‘s safe to lock in my #indexcard collection for May!
May 2024 #MonthlyWrapUp
It‘s April and once again my tax bill was significant. So this #IndexCard display represents in part a game I play …. In my head I subtract $15 from my tax bill for each new release I‘m able to nab from the library. This month I subtracted $225 - not bad, but I have a long way to go 🤪
April 2024 #MonthlyWrapup
Happy Easter Everyone! I‘ll be sitting here testing myself to see how well I recall the notes scribbled on the backs of my cards this month!
March 2024 #MonthlyWrapUp
#Indexcard collection
It‘s a wrap on February 2024 and most of these books were pulled from my physical shelves.
….My read & unread books are mixed together on my shelves with a translucent paragraph tab on the spine of unread books. It feels good to finally pull more tabs than I add in a given month. If I plan to donate the book, I'll turn the spine out on my shelves.
#MonthlyWrapUp #IndexCard
My first stack for the 2024 #indexcard collection is complete! Nice that I have this representation because many were a result of shuffling Libby holds. I wanted to work down that virtual stack since much of Feb will be looking at my physical shelves. #MonthlyWrapUp January 2024
Reading journal setup # 5- Lastly, here's how I set up each month. On the calender I use a highlighter to mark which days I read a book (they each get their own color), then I have pages for #ispybingo (first time participating) and my #bookspin bingo boards. After that, I make different colored boxes with the book info for each book I finish in that month (book box color is the same as the color marked for the book on the calendar). That's it!
Reading journal setup # 3- Reading physical books is my favorite, but the reality is that I just wouldn't be able to read 1/3 as much as I do if it were for multitasking with ebooks and audiobooks. That being said, I am hoping to read more of the physical books I own ... if for no other reason than feeling better about getting more of the ones I want 😏
Reading journal setup # 2- Anyone else's brain get happy with lists lol? Here's to being optimistic about crossing out more on my wishlist/series tracker/ unread physical bookshelf than I add
Reading journal setup #1 - Got my reading journal all set up (for now lol). I went with a binder this year so I can add as many extra pages to sections as necessary. My poor brain was hurting over having parts in different sections of last year's when I ran out of space.
Here, the chart is broken up into 5% sections and I color a square for every book. Each month has its own color for squares
If anyone needs me, I‘ll be sitting at my table sorting 245 2023 cards by author along with previous years‘ books.
Happy New Year all my marvelous Littens!
#indexcard collection
December 2023 #MonthlyWrapUp.
The last #indexcard set of the year!
How can it be only one more month before my 2023 #indexcard collection is sorted (by author) in with 4 previous years of cards. I‘m gonna need a bigger box!
#MonthlyWrapUp November 2023
Wow, this month flew by, perhaps because I saved so many of these books to specifically read this month!
#indexcard collection, #MonthlyWrapUp
My October TBR was so stacked that I realized I better use most of September for a head start on that stack!
September 2023 #MonthlyWrapUp #IndexCard
Making some bingo boards for my #bulletjournal, and transferring over some of the others shared on the Google drive. Have to draw them all out this year, since my printer is 🗑️
#scarathlon #spookyghostclub
I‘m certain I‘m missing some, but here‘s my list so far! #octoberevents #readathons #scarathlon #bujo #bulletjournal
First layout for my #scarathlon #bulletjournal. I had to hide the weekly game details, since we won‘t be posting them until the start of each week, but I‘m telling you - THEY ARE GONNA BE A HIT! 🎃🎉
#SpookyGhostClub
Anybody want a free gently used Rocket Book? I just bought it not knowing it didn‘t have lines. I just want to use it to take notes. I am not good at bullet journaling at all. Anyway, I‘ll give it to the first person that expresses interest. Pen not included. Just asking for the cost of shipping. Sorry, US residents preferred. ☺️
If I actually owned as many physical books as I now have #indexcard representation, I‘d have to get extra support beams running under my floors!
August ‘23 #MonthlyWrapUp
Two new #leuchtturm1917 #bulletjournals, and a new notebook. Stationary is my weakness!
I usually go through 2-3 a year, but I‘m hoping to stretch the one I just started until the end of the year. I have separate ones for Scarathlon and WinterGames, so the plan is to keep these two for 2024(!!!) planning!
Trying something new this month, and colour-coding by my star rating. Loving how it‘s looking so far, though I‘ve only had two 4-star reads so far. The rest are 2 & 3-stars.
#Rushathon #bulletjournal #bujo #augustreads
It‘s a wrap on another month and one which turned out busier than anticipated so I‘m thrilled to my #indexcard collection.
#MonthlyWrapUp July 2023
Time for some #MidYearCheckIn #bulletjournal posts!
Most of my main goals are complete, with the exception of a few monthly goals, and my goal to read 162 scribd books (seriously why did I choose such a high number!?) So long story short, I‘m happy with all of these.
Current progress for both of my 2023 #Roll100 lists! Hopefully I‘ll be finishing my NetGalley list in July, and then I can focus more on my Chirp list again in August. #bulletjournal #bujo
June, you were so good - don‘t leave me!
June 2023 #MonthlyWrapUp #IndexCard collection
How does the last day of each month just keep happening so quickly! Here is my #indexcard reminders of a month well-read!
May 2023 #MonthlyWrapUp
Another month of books added to my #IndexCard collection. I concentrated on my shuffled Libby holds TBR because it was reaching its max and stressing me out. I owned about 1/4 of these books, but my cards don‘t care - they‘re just a reminder of the experience!
April 2023 #MonthlyWrapUp
Following the same layout as my #bookspinbingo and #ISpyBingo layout, I created 23 #AlphabeticalBingo boards in my newest #bulletjournal. I decided to combine Q&V, and X,YZ. Looking at it now, I probably should have just done all 5 letters together since I don‘t have as many V titles as I thought. 😆
Decided to get my #BookSpinBingo list together a little earlier this month! The majority of these will match up with the #ISpyBingo prompts. 👀
As of right now, I don‘t think I‘m going into May with any monthly themed goals, but I‘m still tinkering with a few possibilities. 🖤
@TheAromaofBooks
Although I‘ve a busier week than expected, I‘ve stuck with my #ThingInCommon reading. Some matches are definitely more vague than others.😆
This is still probably one of my favourite #bulletjournal spreads ❤️
How did 3 months of this year happen so fast, but I‘m always happy to add another stack to my #indexcard collection! Oh, and I‘m about to present a visiting sister with a physical stack of 16 mostly 1940‘s historical fiction. Oh yeah, room for some new books!
#MonthlyWrapup March 2023
Another month and another stack for my #indexcard collection. I wanted to concentrate on books residing on my shelves that were written by black authors. The plan worked and it was a great reading month!
February 2023 #MonthlyWrapUp
Here's my #unreadshelfproject progress for January 2023. I started with 2,251 unread books and only bought 5 physical new books. However, while cleaning, I found a bag of books I hadn't counted. So I read 23 books, 11 of which were moved off Mt. TBR, and ended up with 2,252 unread at the end of the month. Oops. #readingmytbr #bujo #bulletjournal
Inspired by @Clwojick today, I started this #bujo tracking page for the first half of my year. I had a nice streak of 13 days straight of finishing at least one book. #bulletjournal
#Jumpstart2023 was SUCH a blast! 💥 Here is my January reading in pixels, with only one day where I didn‘t complete a book(& I don‘t feel bad about it since I worked a 16hour shift that day). I‘ll share all the books I read shortly, but for now I‘m just going to happily stare at this tracker. 😊
#BulletJournal #ReadingTracker #yearinpixels #annualreading @Lizpixie
My first 2023 submission to my #indexcard collection which now boasts well over 1000 books and, sans 1990‘s children‘s picture books, may finally outnumber the physical books on my shelves! …one original goal was the souvenir index card would replace the actual book - sometimes that is true!
#MonthlyWrapUp Jan 2023
Another Zendoodle. I have definitely been doodling more than reading lately but it's just so fun.
