Pickpick

This novel is slightly different from Mary Kubica's usual style. She typically intertwines the past and present, leaving it to the reader to distinguish between the two. However, in this novel, she weaves together reality, the past, and dreams. Jessie's mother's last wish was to be cremated after her death—and for Jessie to find herself. But as Jessie begins her journey of self-discovery, she discovers that, on paper, she is already dead.🎧

ju.ca.no @AlaMich oh good to know, will need to check them out! Any you‘d recommend in particular? 4mo
AlaMich @ju.ca.no Some of them are very old, from the 50s or so, but good, like Strangers on a Train by the director Alfred Hitchcock. If Netflix is available for you, they made a series called Ripley a few years ago. 4mo
ju.ca.no @AlaMich oh thanks, I will Check 🥰 4mo
