pickNot my favorite by McFadden but sill a decent read. When Natalie‘s weird coworker goes missing she somehow becomes wrapped up in being a potential murder suspect. Lots of twists and the author always finds a way to weave a story that I don‘t see coming.

•After not liking The Locked Door by this author, I found it difficult to try another by her. I finally caved in the spur of the moment and tried this one after a couple of DNFs of other books. And guess what, I didn‘t hate it, although the narrator was much better in this one. Also, the twists weren‘t completely out of left field so that helped.

This is one McFadden book that I‘ve seen get a lot of mixed reviews but, I really enjoyed it and glad I finally picked it up!
It has been a crazy past few weeks, so I've been listening to more audiobooks than usual. Enjoying my latest selections so far. There are some narrators that just don't do the job for me, but the performers for this audiobook were outstanding! Nice, twisty piece of reading!
