Still not ok 😭 Did Camel and Walter just get redlighted?? 🥺Why couldn't he just stay put!! I mean he didn't even go through with what he intended.
Wow Either I wasn't paying attention or that was one heck of a twist. 🙃 I was thinking it was the other way around
Part 1
I can't fathom falling in love with someone in a week, not hard enough to feel the way Sarah does. Maybe scared to be alone after divorce. Also I think I know exactly what Tommy is suspicious of 🤔
Sometimes it's easier to remember sorrow than joy, Sorrow doesn't hurt as much"
"The way I see it , the ones who feel sorry for themselves don't survive. Not with any kind of life to speak of. So I could whinge or I could get on and make the most of what I still had, So that's what I did" - Christopher Cooke /Liz Michalski
Same Captn ? same
Took a break from reading Bridgeton series and It was Meh! At the end of the book it asks if you think everyone was equally to blame and no I think they took advantage of Laura for being young and Naive. Although it was frustration how she caught feelings so quickly but again young naive. Dominic should have known better than to take advantage of Laura. I understand Alex 's need to protect his child from Ruth but he also went about it horribly
"She mattered. He didn't know how else to put it..
And after 10 years of her just b being... there, it was rather bizarre for her to matter quite so much. "
Ok I loved the Cinderella aspect although it was mostly just the very beginning of it. I cried from all the unfairness in Sophie's life but also admired her outlook on life and determination. As for Benedict ugh I know he came to his senses in the end especially when he went storming into prison but still I don't think he'll be my favorite brother. Oh but Violet **chef's kiss**
The prison scene where the bridgertons mother and son put Araminta in her place! And Go Posy for growing a backbone !
It had certainly been his right to ask, but it had also been her right to refuse. And once she had done so, he should have let her be.
Has Benedict come to his senses?a little late for that..
I'm not sure I like Benedict very much 🤔
His offer to Sophie was denied and while it's nice he insists on still helping her its only to torture her into accepting
Just started 1st chapter. It's giving very much Cinderella vibes.
It was sad the way Kate thought so little of herself because of how society kept comparing her to her sister Edwina.
❤️????? Having watched the 1 season and seeing that there is now a 2nd season I had to read the book!! I'm bummed he didn't actually say " I burn for you" Oh but no worries it was spicy ??
Omg Wow! Book Vampires usually have me swooning but definetly not this one!!. I really enjoyed this book even if some of it was a bit questionable. I can't decide who I hated more the Vampire or the husbands,in particular Carter.
Lovin it so far!! Why is he always checking his pulse ???? Can't wait to find out hopefully.
I really enjoyed this book. I felt so immersed in Indian culture and tradition. While I'm not Indian nor immigrant I'm a daughter of immigrants and I related so much to Preeti when she talks about not feeling like she belongs to neither, too American for India and to Indian for America. Same girl same. Leaning about India's caste system was so interesting. The food 😋 😍 I want some authentic Chai tea 🍵 now!
Had me on the edge of my seat I will definetly recommend to anyone who loves thrillers! So good and suspenseful would make a great horror/thriller movie. And yes it left me a little traumatized to use these rest areas along highways 😲🤣
Haven't been on here for a while doesn't mean I haven't been reading 😉. I really loved this one Vivian can't help herself in listening to the towns gossip via her job. Until that is she hears some gossip that hits close to home. Also it made me think bored housewives have nothing better to do than be snobby and cruel. Not Vivian her fault was being nosey lol but I loved her character development towards end of book
Literally has me like 🤯 Wtf!!?? Just when he's so close...It just keeps getting crazier !
This world is a little too real for me, given our current circumstances 😷🤒😳😱
My next read. Excited for this one 😁
I really loved this book. Loved Susan!! Susan is orphaned at 45 and is in a bit of predicament already, when her mom passes. She has to deal with why her mother would give the family home to her irresponsible brother and put up with his annoyingly tall friend Rob. I never did warm up to her Aunt Sylvia.. 😕
I'm dying🤣🤣 She's using her mother's ashes as a doorstop. I'm enjoying Susan's antics.
I really enjoyed this book! Some books have so many characters it feels overwhelming to keep up. This book on the contrary I think it was better cause of all the who could of dunnits 😊 I was suspicious of everyone!! Lol Great book. Not as great as She lies on Wait by same author.
Ok i Loved this book!!! For all the circus reasons. But my gosh was it so heartbreaking 😪 It definitely left me very emotional
Loving it I knew I would being "circus themed" but it seems elephants are going to be playing a part in the story and I'm so stoked ?????
A little Nature Reading and Chill 😛
#CurrentlyReading 50 pages in so far I'm liking it. But I'm inclined to like any book that centers around a circus 🎪 even if it's started of a bit sadly.
So I've seen the Hunger Games movie and they skimmed over so much. Like certain things were if it wasn't for having read the book weren't obvious or explained. I'm thinking the after the success of hunger games maybe the next movies might include more details. Idk lol maybe I don't know what I'm talking about 🤷🏻♀️
Ok I still can't believe it took me so long to read these phenomenal books. After finishing the series I was still in panem reliving certain scenes and feelings. I loved the first book and Katniss selflessly volunteering for her Prim. And poor Rue I cried more for her when katniss and peeta visited district 11 and they all gave her the 3 finger salute I lost it 😭 Oh and Peete how I heart thee! The second book and all the new characters⬇️⬇️
Soo I've seen snippets here and there of the movies loong time ago. Not enough to spoil the books and oh my goodness I don't know why I had never read these before!! I'm on the last book Mockingjay right now. Soo good really enjoying the series and excited to watch how movie interprets it all!
Dark moody I really liked this one. I was right about the who dunnit. But still I was so engrossed in the story it didn't take away anything from the creepy factor
I'm calling it right now!! Those teeth are in the doll house's version of Adoras' room. And.... I think Adora killed Marian only. Not Ann or Natalie I think Amma is going to be responsible for them.
Finally got around to this Beautiful Book! I adored it definitely will be rereading on years to come more than once 😍
I saw this book being compared a lot to One day in December & while yes there was similarities. One dau in December was much better in my opinion. This book was good do read it there just wasn't enough drama in it. You take walks around London how hard was it to share your feelings. Ask Alex about the whole Emma thing? I just feel they tiptoed around each others feelings instead of confronting each other which if that was the route give me Drama😆
I absolutely loved this book! I loved Eve's story, I loved Finn and Charlie. It had me googling characters and learning so much. I only wish I could be as ballsy and courageous as these Mal du Fluers. Especially Lili and her grand hats 👒📿
It was ok definitely an abrupt ending. A little boring I had to read other books in between because it felt like it was dragging... But I really wanted to push through more than anything cause it was a Christmas present otherwise I may have Dnf'ed
So it seemed like a really slow start I wanted to dnf. Glad I didn't cause it did get better. Once I was actually invested in finding out what happened to Nel Abbot.
I loved the whole circus theme of We walked the Sky. I want to get lost in the circus atmosphere once more. Bonus this is also a good winter read 🤡🎩🎪🎡🚂

After Laurie believes she's found love, she spends a year looking for him. When she finally does find him he's a taken man by none other than her bff.. Jack also struggles with inappropriate dreams and feelings for Laurie. Laurie doesn't know how to tell her bff Sarah or whether she should even. The ending made me happy. #currentlyreading #currentlyread
