I wish all parents could embrace that. As a parent of two teenagers, this book broke my heart as well as enraged me at the way the parents just disregarded their kids.

So helpful for me. My teenager suffers from anxiety and sometimes it can just be too much for him. This was a quick read with a lot of helpful tips to use to help him. So glad I bought it.
