I‘ve been reading “Unmasking What Matters” by Sandra Joseph. She‘s a new author and Broadway‘s Christine of The Phantom of the Opera for 13 years. I was lucky enough to have heard her speak and sing a few songs from the Phantom, so I‘m a little partial😆 A book that makes you think of how you treat yourself, self-compassion. “If only they could see themselves as they really are.” Thomas Merton #learnchangegrowbecome #successisintheprocess

My newest additions to my TBR pile. I have not been disappointed. The Radium Girls is well written. I‘ve read other books that mention the radium girls, but never individually as this book does. Kate Moore tells the stories of the individual girls and their families. With Kate Moore‘s words you can feel what the girls felt; excitement, horror, disappointment and sadness. This book pulls at your emotions and I loved it!
