Last year I read 21 #middlegrade books during middle grade month. This year I have some traveling to do during #MiddleGradeMarch and with audio, I think I can read even more! In addition to our #buddyread, Free Lunch, I‘m looking at these and lots more.

Too many books, not enough time! But I‘m going to try my best!

PS @sblbooks I have Coyote Sunrise on hold

sblbooks There are several on here I've never heard of. I'm going to have to do some research now. I may be changing up my tbr a little bit.📚 4d
JenniferTapler This is impressive! My goal is to read 3! 😄 4d

megnews @JenniferTapler that‘s great too! I look forward to your reviews. They may make my tbr grow. 4d
erzascarletbookgasm Wow! So many good reads! I may need to include them in my plans. I‘ve only read the first two! 4d

I‘m about 200 pages in and it‘s just not hooking me! Did you love it.....keep going? #somanybookssolittletime #myTBRpileiscallingme

marleed I really liked it but it‘s not scary - if you‘re going for that. 2mo
AmyG I loved this book. Yes, it started a bit slow. But for me it got so much better. 2mo
TieDyeDude Did you finish? I enjoyed it, but there wasn't anything amazing to make it a strong recommendation 1mo
LMJenkins @TieDyeDude -- I did not finish, because I had to return the borrowed e-book to the library. I will borrow again though -- SK's books are almost always worth it. 1mo

About Grace | Anthony Doerr
post image

#bookreport finished the top three from last weeks forecast. Loved them all. Read Fleishman yesterday, thought provoking, annoying and well written. Started About Grace in bed last night, only read a couple of chapters and not doing it for me yet, but will give a bit longer this morning.

Cinfhen Good reading week!!! I‘m stlll finishing up some books/ listens 2mo
TrishB @Cinfhen I‘ve given up on About Grace....so slow I‘m going backwards.... 2mo
Cinfhen Too bad but #SoManyBooksSoLittleTime Do u want to try the NF u sent me??? I could squeeze it in this week 2mo

Cinfhen Oh good!!! I‘ll start it tonight 🤞🏼🤞🏼our track record doesn‘t look too promising \ hopefully we can start fresh in 2020 2mo
TrishB @Cinfhen 🤞🏻🤞🏻 new year, new us 😁 2mo
Balibee146 I wasn't keen on All The Light We Cannot See - wouldn't be keen to read him again so this seals that for me. Bummer but plenty more and better books to make you happy 📚 2mo
TrishB @Balibee146 so true!! 2mo

Twelve character studies of black women, all so well worked out. Many many great quotes. I enjoyed reading this one, although I had enough at the end (too many characters, I did love how it all came together in the end).

Kalalalatja It looks so cozy where you are sitting! ☺️ 2mo
BarbaraBB It is, we are with three families and kids and I feel lucky all day long. Tomorrow we‘re going home again. I hope you are having a relaxed time too @Kalalalatja 2mo
Nute I still don‘t see it in bookstores yet. Is it available in the US? 2mo

vivastory I agree with @Kalalalatja Very cozy! I'm thinking this will be a priority for me if I get any book gift cards this weekend. 2mo
Tamra Must read - stacked! 2mo
Megabooks Once I‘ve read There, There and The Most Fun I Ever Had; I‘m ordering this! 2mo
BarbaraBB @Nute I don‘t know, I bought it in Europe... 2mo
Megabooks @BarbaraBB Right?!? 2mo
MicheleinPhilly @Nute It is available in the U.S. but can be tough to find. My bookstore had to special order it and it was on back order. I think they had to fire up the printing press again after the Booker. 2mo
Nute Thanks @MicheleinPhilly! I‘ve been patiently waiting just to come across it while browsing in bookstores. Then after seeing several posts on Litsy, I started wondering why I wasn‘t coming across it casually so now I will plan to special order it. I appreciate the info.🙂 2mo
Leftcoastzen @Nute my indie had it , I borrowed it from Hoopla,if your library features that service. 2mo
readordierachel Yay! Glad it was a pick for you! 2mo
readordierachel @Nute I borrowed my copy from the library. Haven't seen it in bookstores either. 2mo
Graywacke I loved the end, the epilogue. Thought it was beautiful. But...the rest of the book only ok for me. I agree, can get a bit old. 2mo
BarbaraBB @Graywacke The epilogue was very good, a satisfying ending to a collection of stories that went on a bit too long for me too. 2mo

Winter Solstice | Rosamunde Pilcher
post image

How appropriate that I found this delightful read at used bookstore this week. While I didn't have time to reread it this year; I'm excited to add it to my Winter collection. Remember loving all the descriptions of Scotland.
Putting on my TBR for next year's lead up to Winter Solstice. 🎄🌌📚

I keep meaning to read the No.1 Ladies Detective Agency books but still have got round to it! There was a short-lived TV series a few years ago that I enjoyed. This is a #celebration of 15 years of Mma Ramotswe

#Movember @Cinfhen

Cinfhen There is SO MUCH Litsy love for this series-!!! #SoManyBooksSoLittleTime 3mo
TheEllieMo @Cinfhen maybe I should commit to reading at least one book in the series next year 3mo
Scochrane26 I‘ve listened to about 7-8 of them on audio. That was a couple of yrs ago, & I need to see if they‘re on Libby so I can continue them. I like the narrator-I had them on cd from library. (edited) 3mo

Jane Austen at Home | Lucy Worsley

The lovely Worsley shines a #RayOfLight on Jane Austen in this recent-ish Austen biography. I love Worsley‘s writing style, a very conversational narrative with humor mixed in. #Movember

Cinfhen Love the cover 💕 3mo
kspenmoll Sounds good. Agree with @Cinfhen , the cover is lovely. 3mo
Moonprismpower I feel like Jane Austen is really in right now especially with the new Emma coming out which I must see. But I‘ve also wanted to start a reading binge of her works, if I can find the time! 3mo
LeahBergen This was really well done. 👍🏻 3mo
