I got a Kindle Paperwhite to replace my Fire. I‘m liking it so far! And what a fun book to get started on it 🧡
I‘m having such a hard time getting into this one. But I‘m making a lot of progress on my sock!
What an amazing and engaging story! I love having a peek into the death industry and learning more about it. I agree with the author that we as a whole have moved further and further away from death and fear it all the more because. I will be recommending this to everyone I know!
I really liked how this was written with all the interviews, it‘s a style I usually don‘t care for. This was written in such a way that you wanted to know what the next interview had to say, see the story unfurl.
A friend said I should read this. 3 pages in and I‘m looooving it! The art is so gorgeous!
This was a really great memoir. I used to work for a USCIS call center (just info) and I know how hard it all is, but it's interesting to see from someone's pov on the process.
Such an awesome book! I especially love that it made me stop and think at the end
This kept me at the edge of my seat the whole way through. Several times I was just asking “what is going on though“ I couldn't see the end and couldn't predict as I normally can. Fantastic story!
I enjoyed how dark the story got, it really made you stop and think. I couldn't put this book down and just flew through it. It really makes you reflect on your past and choices you've made in your past as well.
If you enjoyed Dark Matter you are going to LOVE Recursion! I'm pretty sure I am now a Blake Crouch fangirl for life and cannot wait to back read his other works and anticipate his future.
After hearing so much about this, I decided to give it a go
This story is modern and entertaining, I could not put it down and finished in one day. but the characters could have been filled out a bit more for me. I think for me knowing it is based on a web series I expected more information to be filled in. *I have not watched the web series.
I remembering reading these choose your own adventures as a kid. Pop Sugar 2019 has a choose your own as a prompt so I choose this one. This is still so much fun! The story is simple because it‘s meant for young kids but it‘s still a lot of fun to make choices.
I am not so much of a classics reader. I LOVED this book. I love White Fang and the whole story lead me on a roller coaster of emotions.
Just got this from the library and I‘m so excited to start it! #supportlocallibraries
Got two new (to me) books tonight! #helterskelter #thenightstalker #truecrime #murderino
This was such an amazingly well written book. It pulled me in and made me care about the characters. Not my typical genre either.
I picked this up because I was interested in an African American woman having brought down Lucky Luciano. I enjoyed that part of the story. I don't particularly care for politics in anyway so the rest the book was quite dull for me.
I‘ve been waiting on this from the library for a while and it finally came in! I‘m soooo excited to read this
I loved Bird Box and A House at the Bottom of a Lake and I wanted to read more by Malerman. Unbury Carol was an interesting story but it just wasn‘t for me.
I don‘t know I missed that there was a third book in this series. But I‘m reading it now!
I‘ve heard all about the real murders based in this house and I‘ve seen the movies. I can‘t believe I never read this book #nevertoolate #horror #audiobook
She‘s stole all the blankets and is all the way at the foot.... excuse me.... need snuggles as I read pls #librarybook #sillypupper #ireadinbed
I thought it was a fun quick read. Nothing crazy special. It was interesting enough to hold my attention and read the next.
Getting in a little reading and knitting on my lunch break. So close to finishing this one!
Getting in a little reading and a little knitting on my break at work today. 🧦 📖 🧶 #readinginpublic
When I picked this book up from the library I admit I was a little disappointed. It‘s so thin, so short, just not enough meat to satisfy me. Boy was I wrong. This book actually had me feel that flash of fear I haven‘t felt in years. I highly recommend
Made a cute book sleeve to protect my books in my bag 🧡
I wanted to get comfortable and read.... someone had other ideas. This is the get ready to wrassle look
