This book was the perfect blend of scifi and fantasy for me. So glad that I witnessed all of the hype and chose to pick it up sooner rather than later. Although the main character made me grit my teeth at times, the boom boasted a couple of twists that I really didn't see coming - and that's pretty awesome. 4 🌟s.

Oh my Littens, it is very early in my neck of the woods - but having seen my boyfriend off to work, I'm taking an hour or two before I start MY day to enjoy some early morning quiet. Good morning Littens! I see lots of people are talking about #24b4Monday and even though I don't think I will make it to 24 hours, I'm interested to see what I can manage. Since it started yesterday and I sat in my car for an hour reading before work, I'm going to give myself a 1 hr buffer Haha. How is everyone doing?

I had a little bit of a harder time with this second installment in the series. It was darker, which I liked, but I found it dragged in a few places. Still one I would recommend, it just didn't grab me the way that the first one did. 3.5 🌟s
