I greatly enjoyed most of this audiobook and commend the author for sharing her story with us - the bravery it takes to share the good and the bad is just wow. However, I found myself unable to finish it because the sidetracks and continued rambling had me losing my concentration and forgetting was she had said. Overall, a good, laughter-inducing, thought-provoking, book - just not entirely for me.

I read this book several years ago and am now listening to the audiobook through my library‘s digital library. The dialogue could be better sometimes, but the descriptions of the Wyoming terrain more than make up for it. I love murder mysteries, and Craig Johnson has done very well creating this county, its history, and the storylines. The Native American world interwoven into it was the biggest thing that drew me to this series.

Sleep deprived, over-caffeinated, and unable to adult successfully on this chilly and dreary Monday... But, please enjoy this cute picture of my son enjoying some green bell pepper. 😔😴❤️

I am currently reading the first novel in Caine‘s series: Ink And Bone, and it is such a page turner that I can‘t wait to read the next two in the series. I also love the entire Longmire series and hate that I have to wait until September for his newest installment. Congrats @BookaholicNatty for reaching such an awesome milestone!! Listening to Lauren Graham read her book was highly entertaining. Some of the tangents were a little distracting, but the side jokes and stories within stories are quintessential to her personality. If they weren‘t there, it would‘ve been boring.

This is one of my all-time favorite books (hence my screen name). Alan Alda portrayed Pierce so well in the tv show that his voice is all I hear through the entire novel. I‘m rereading this in those moments that I need a little levity with some perspective thrown in.

I‘ve been trying to get into this series for over a year now, so now I‘m starting this book over again. I‘m reading these in the order of the story, not the order in which they were written. Looking forward to some good old western tales. #toddlermomlife #mamaneedsbooktimeagain
