I liked the Atlas Six, going for Paradox. Haven't heard much about it.

Last holiday themed book of the year.

TLuvs A beautifully written realistic/contemporary fiction! Love, family, friends, loss, career, dreams... exactly what life does and doesn't give to people. I listened on audiobook and the narrator did fantastic! 4w
TLuvs I have read both books by this author and will absolutely read all that she continues to write! 4w

I have had this on my TBR since 2016, I think it's time to read it.

KarenUK Ooh, I really enjoyed this one…. 1mo
TLuvs Oh good 👍 I'm usually not a suspense reader but this one sounded really intriguing! 1mo
TLuvs Final rating 3.5. I thought it was going to be a thriller but it turned out to be a noir fiction. Sad and terrible things cause the destruction of a family, multiple generations worth of secrets, and what becomes of families without love but jealousy and hatred instead. I was interested but not captivated. 3w

Lol, I thought the stars were snow ❄️, making this part of my winter reads. Too late to turn back now!

TLuvs I really enjoyed this book more then I expected I would! Between the dual POVs, the setting in England, and the overall story... any lover of general or women's fiction, should read this. 4 strong stars 🌟 1mo

I'm on this Stephanie Laurens kick and can't read her stuff fast enough.

TLuvs Four short stories that were endearing, somewhat predictable, and spicy (took me by surprise 😆). Enjoyed the audio listen and tried two new to me authors. Overall, thumbs up. 1mo

I need a good female action dystopia right about now! (Fingers crossed) Please let this be it?!

Moonprismpower I really loved this book. 2mo
TLuvs That's good to hear, I have some high hopes for it! 2mo
Clwojick I loved it! Hopefully you do too! 2mo
TLuvs This book is as if Handmaiden's Tale and Lord of the Flies had a baby. But being the next generation, throw in a touch of romance and rank up the volume on morbid body mutilation. This was definitely intriguing, a little put off-ish (because it was all 16 year old girls) and the ending was not what I expected (in a good way)! Total rating was a 4 star. 1mo

I love the idea of this book, I just hope it lives up to my expectations!

TLuvs Deeper and more intense then I expected. But still a great idea of a story line. Lots of cute moments and real life experiences that anyone who's been married can identify with. Final rating is a 3.5 star. 2mo

TLuvs For my first read by MC, I liked it more then I expected to! The story line moved at a great pace and the small island town sounds like somewhere I want to visit. I'm definitely going to continue reading her books! 3.5 🌟 2mo

TLuvs Doing this audiobook style... I had a hard time with the narrator at first. But the main character is a female neurodivergent, and now, being half way through... the narrator is perfect for the role! 2mo
TLuvs Demisexual and neurodivergent main female character, autistic author, Christmas season, and book lovers! So much good is in and about this book. 3.5 start, would have been a 4 if a little long and a little more developed. 2mo

Oh how I wanted so much more from this book! It was bland to me, all around. And I really couldn't get into the idea of one of the main characters being only 17 yet had lived a life of a woman in her 30s or 40s. Glad I read it just can't sing its praises.

Looks to be a cute and quick historical romance helping to guide me into #jinglebellathon and #winterreads!

TLuvs I was really impressed by the dual story lines, how they crossed every now and again, and how they came together to put the bow on at the end. First book for me by SL but I've already purchased 3 more! Excited to dig I to this huge series and branches of family series. 2mo

Finale (Caraval, #3) | Stephanie Garber
post image

I love that the first and second books ramped up to the FINALE! About 15% of the way in and it is not disappointing!!

TLuvs Wow! So many good things about this book and trilogy as a whole. I would have to include this trilogy into my top 5 YA of all time. All 3 books were well written, the mental zig zags kept you on your toes, the emotion give and takes, plus the character and world development were unreal creative. BRAVO SG! 3mo

Onward to book 2 in the Trilogy. SG is doing such a great job with the mind games and creativity!

TLuvs SGs writing in both Caraval and Legendary is MAGNIFICENT! Still ramping up and preparing for an amazing FINALE. I am totally jumping right in. My only wish, that this was adult fantasy and not YA. Something a little more mature, a little darker, and little more romance with the passion. But man what a mind game and good luck figuring things out early on. 3mo

One of my final picks for the #spookyseason 👻!

TLuvs Brilliant mix between fantasy and romance, perfect balance of push and pull for the enemies to lovers troupe, and the characters (main and supporting) are so wonderfully developed! I'm only about half way through and this is already a book I wish I could do a first time reread on. 3mo
TLuvs I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THIS BOOK! Definitely one of my top 5 for the year and I will always have a copy in order to reread it in the future. Overall there is nothing about this book that I didn't like! Even through the tears 😢! (Why is there not an option for a happy tear emoji 🤔) 3mo

Wow! This book elicited so much emotion from me, it was quite unexpected. Frustration, annoyance, heary ache, anger; but not in a bad way. Because SG really drew me into the characters and circumstances that I wanted to be in the book in order to help have justice be done. I find this to be the true definition of a great storyteller/author. Well done SG!

Super excited to read this, I hear it's amazing! To me, it's the perfect blend of RomCom meets True Crime fan nerd 🤓

TLuvs I really really liked this! AT's protagonist was perfect for this type of book; all prickly edges, quick whit, dark humor, and an academic nerd who marched to her own drum. Not everyone has a childhood of flowers and cotton balls and this was a great character who showed what some people look like from a hard past. But with a HEA, this moved into one of my favorite reads of 2022! 3mo

TLuvs They say, if you want to read for easy entertainment, then you should read down a few levels. That's when I go to Middle Grade books and series, like this VS trilogy. I loved this book! VS is so good a character development no matter which genre she writes in. This plot kept me interested, it gave great learning of life lessons for new minds and the wrap up ending was perfect! TLuvs I am an absolute Fantasy genre reader but really dislike Mystery. Several times I almost DNF'd this book bc of the crime solving aspect of it. But stuck it out and in the end; the character development was excellent, the progression timing was on point and the Fantasy aspects were not overly done. 5mo

TLuvs My 1st book by JK and man it was like jumping into the deep end of a pool. Super immersive in character development, world building, and a brilliant start for a new trilogy! I really liked the dark atmosphere, the retelling POV, SO much action and detail, good/bad relationships, and theme of although there can be so much disparity in the world there is also still hope/belief.
