Nice to see you on here, my friend. 😉
I chose this book because it's title seems relatable. #san_35
I should have stayed home and read instead of going to Super Bowl party. What a disappointment. As was this book.
Bored; uninspired; moving on.
I got to 100 pages and discovered this book was more about a high school newspaper vs. a high school tv program, not about the fun cute romance I was expecting. Jules I found annoying, at first I didn't mind her quirks but then it became over kill and brought down her character.
I think this is the definition of a summer read - teen romance, dog walking, and donut dates? It's entertaining and refreshing to read a book that isn't so emotionally investing! ☀️ I received this book in my Book Mail Box from Book Riot!
I was 100% like Jules in high school. I mean, without the dating and the dreamy boys, but you get it. Throughout this book I kept thinking "makes sense, makes sense" and cringing at the clearly illogical poor decisions. This was very cute and tons of fun.
