I don‘t read a lot of cozies, but I read this one last year for one of the many October challenges! 🖤🧡
It was okay, but very stereotypical in all aspects. Even the witch stuff wasn't much fun. I don't know it was just not that good
Sometimes you just need something fun to read and this was definitely a fun and cute mystery. It was free with Amazon prime and I would read more in the series when I don‘t want to read anything heavy
After reading the sample of the ebook, I was very intrigued and was so sure I would love the book. Little did I know the book was 20x the first chapter. 1/4th into the book, i came to know more about Kathy than the protagonist. It was a good story with very poor writing. I read till the end in the hope to like it, unfortunately that didn't happen!
I feel like I have been peer-pressured by @andrew65. 😆😆 I'm kidding. His post just gave me the push I needed. @StayCurious @Clwojick #Scarathlon2020
This was a super fast, super cute, super Halloween-y read! I‘ve already downloaded #2 in the series! 💗
This is a great little fast read... one of those in between books. It has a fun little mystery and it was funny as well. I‘m reading books with a “Halloween feel” to them. I‘ll probably continue the series in between my bigger tbr books just for another fun, light read. 🧡 #cozymystery #cats #witches #knitter
@toddred29 and I went to Joker for date night. I‘m traumatized. It was so violent and warped and gross that it literally upset my stomach and I covered my eyes. I‘m a wimp when it comes to violence and can‘t do zombies or blood but wanted to be a champ for my husband. Nope and nope. It‘s Hocus Pocus and the tagged book until I can get my Halloweenie act together! 🎃
This was a fun and quick read about a woman who was adopted when she was a baby and finds out in her late 20‘s that she is actually a witch. She is also a Private Investigator trying to find a serial killer.
There was quite a few laugh out loud moments but there were also parts where I didn‘t realize it was a new scene. Because of that I found myself pulled out of the story and it took me a minute to. Get back into the story.
⭐️⭐️⭐️
Every single one of the the books in this series have a #WitchsHat on the cover. Love the colouration of the covers and the silhouette of the witch.

What a great lighthearted read, Jill is so easy to warm to. The characters are great and familiar. On to book 2 😃
A fun, witchy murder mystery that was a perfect distraction from work stress. I decided to buy the next book in the series.
