Finishing up this book, which has been languishing on #MountTBR for nearly a decade, this morning.
Heard the sad news about Taylor Hawkins when I woke up. I‘m speechless. But this panel stood out in light of his passing.
pickThis is thought provoking and dark and it does something to you, not sure what exactly,but it certainly moved me in a way.
It's not a comic, it's not even a graphic novel really, it's somewhat more and less.

I would also have taken a picture of the copy I own, but right now I have one kitten at my feet and the other under my chair. Less than a yard between them. Yes, both are growling (?) but none is chasing the other.
Fun story: My sophomore year in college my copy of Signal to Noise came apart so I used the Dave McKean art and Neil Gaiman beat poetry to paper my dorm room walls.
This caused A.) the Worst Roommate to give me the side-eye and B.) me to think of a really obscure quote when I saw the word #waiting #QuotsyJan18
Worry not, I‘ve since upgraded to a hardcover edition. #GaimanGang you should track this one down. It‘s unsurprisingly brilliant.
