I think I‘d #FlyAway to pretty much any location in this book. 😄

Breakfast at a new-ish place in town, while plotting imaginary excursions out-of-town. ❤️
Finally got a chance to sit down and look through the pile of amazing bookish gifts I received this year. My peeps rock.
Of course I can't walk into a bookstore without finding something...... #NovelDestinations #JaneAusten
Couldn't resist these books! I'm wishing I was on another adventure, but this is a good sub...
#TrickyCat lords over today's #BookHaul
(That's part of @BookishMarginalia 's #TBR in the background.)
#TBRtemptation 😍😍😍
@CaitMobley Birthday gift? Sister gift? Back to school gift? 😋😋😋
Novel Destinations offers a variety of literary and bookish tours to suit all sorts of readers. The tours and experiences range from tour author houses and museums, walking tours, literary festivals, literary lodgings, and curated sections that collect the various places and museums if one loves a particular author. There's a fab index by locale, so if you know you're going to California, you can see what literary things are there to visit.
And then there is the section for one author + one area to really make you feel like a stalker - a literary one, at least!
Obviously the bottom right image that was overwritten with the collage app logo is the chapter on James Joyce's Dublin. Everybody knows that face 😉
Vacation planning = commence!
I deeply love the theme section - with such fun stuff as Literary Resting Places (graves and cemeteries!), From Page to Screen with movie locations based on books, Literary Festivals and Tours (with specific trails in a city to walk, regularly scheduled festivals both generally literary or specific to authors), and an On the Trail of Agatha Christie spread - perfect for planning a vacation!
One section tracks these super classic authors' significant locations throughout their life and throughout the world...
Ok, people. You asked for interiors. Do not blame me if you immediately need to order a copy!
Places to eat & drink & stay - all with literary connections - by location and by author...
OMG, this book is crazy cool. Nearly 400 pages of literary destinations?! I'm IN!
It's got everything for dreaming of or planning a trip: sections include: by author - key locales in their life, by theme - around the world, by locale - so you can hit everything in one area, and by author + their primary city/ location - so you can immerse yourself in both at once.
I feel like this has so much to offer it may be on my coffee table for years 😁
New books! I'm going to use the one on the right to start thinking about travel plans for when I retire. Someday . . .
And last up for my surprise bookmail: Novel Destinations!! I couldn't wait and have already begun digging into the fascinating places the book promises to take me. Thank you @shelfawareness and National Geographic for this spectacular book!!
