Whew, what an intense read! It‘s heartbreaking and painful, but also there is hope. I felt anger, shock, and grief multiple times while the MC came to terms with several betrayals.

I think ultimately this book is about trust and where to turn when people you love damage that trust. We‘ve all been hurt before, so this will resonate with everyone at least in part. It‘s exceptionally good. But my gosh, reading it has given my emotions a workout.

#currentlyreading both of these

I started Results May Vary because it‘s on my NetGalley backlog list from a long time ago. It‘s really good, but the subject matter isn‘t the lightest. So I decided to also read the next Joe Pickett novel, but that one isn‘t the lightest either. So right now I‘m reading two excellent books that make me feel a whole lot of intensity. I‘ll surely end up reading something lighter when I‘m done.

I did so-so with #winterreadathon I did read 19 books to reach my year long goal of 200 books, just not according to the plan listed above! 🤷🏻‍♀️

This started off a bit slow for me, but it was more my mood than the book. I spent today racing through the last 1/3 of the book whenever I had a spare moment. I got caught up in Caroline‘s story and was rooting for her to make the best choices for herself. ❤️

Well, due to spending most of the day at a family event, this was not a very successful #24in48 or #24B4Monday 🤷🏻‍♀️ I did however finish (almost) 2 books, listen to part of an audiobook and read 1 graphic novel. Lucky for me, I get to stay home tomorrow because snow-mageddan is expected tonight into tomorrow ❄️❄️❄️❄️ so I plan to catch up on some reading!!! #snowday

Andrew65 Well done, and thanks for taking part. 6y

A roller coaster ride, which was not what I was expecting. Just when it felt like it was heading towards a boring patch, boom!

Results May Vary is well written but didn‘t evoke a lot of emotion in Jennifer. See what else she has to say in her latest review.

Kind of a serious topic to be reading at soccer practice, but a Soccer Mom's gotta make time to read! This book has completely sucked me in and I'm loving the witty style.

This book is heartfelt, raw, honest and endearing and I really enjoyed following Caroline on her journey of forced self discovery. It‘s written in a thoughtful manner that is beautiful and vulnerable and I think anyone that has ever been in love can relate to it. Full review on www.novelgossip.com

Loved this romance. In fact, I stayed up so late reading I had to take a nap this afternoon. I've read both of Chase's books now and wish she were getting more recognition. This novel about a woman who finds out her husband cheated on her is complex and thought-provoking. Definitely an author to watch for. Anyone who loves Emily Giffin or Jennifer Weiner should check out this author.

A story of love, betrayal, and forgiveness, This is a well-written, fast paced read where every reveal is exactly what you didn't expect and breaks your heart a little more. Ms. Chase is a phenomenal story-teller & does an excellent job stitching your heart back up for a very satisfying ending.
