An interesting and refreshing perspective on how to be healthy and lose weight. I think it's important to have these different points of views and people working with the science to figure it all out.
Hey there @collegecatlady you‘ve got a #feedareader box headed your way!

So normally I wouldn't post this kind of book, but it fulfills some challenges so I have to. After eating as he recommends for a few days, I already feel so much better. I realized that my diet has totally changed after I began to rely on convenience foods while I recovered from two surgeries this year, but it's time to feel good again.
Also I like that it blends exactly with my counter.

Finished listening to this yesterday. Now I need to pick up the print edition so I can see all the recipes, charts, etc. My favorite line- or at least the one I remember most is “let your hunger be your guide.” Now to put that into practice...
Not just another *diet* book or *way of living* outline, this book looks at the biology of the human body and how foods can affect your hunger. ~Jules
