Night Moves
Night Moves: An Alex Delaware Novel | Jonathan Kellerman
The new book in the #1 bestselling suspense series starring psychologist Alex Delaware and Detective Milo Sturgis. An affluent family returns home from Sunday dinner only to find the murdered and brutalized corpse of a total stranger in their house. This baffling, twisted tale tests Alex and Milo to their intellectual and emotional limits.

Highly recommend. This is an Alex Delaware story. Milo and Alex investigate a murder in which the victim's face is destroyed and hands are cut off. This leads to investigating the family where the body is dumped. There are several background stories that help lead to the solution.

I bailed on his last book so I‘m glad this brought me back. Alex and Milo are back hunting murderers. This one twists and turns all over the place with multiple suspects.

I love Alex and Milo‘s friendship. Kellerman has been writing about these two for years now — I think this is book 33 — and they‘re still interesting. The story is twisty, but also somewhat predictable. I did notice that Kellerman uses food similes a lot; one character‘s fingers are like Vienna sausages and something else was similar to cabbages, and on and on. It made me wonder if he was hungry when writing this book. 😄

I won this ARC on Goodreads. It was a typical Jonathan Kellerman novel. It has a lot of characters in it, so it was a bit of a job to remember them all. But overall I enjoyed it.

KathyWheeler He‘s an author I really like on audio. 6y
