A graphic novel that imagines a world where large cats keep tiny humans as pets.
A world where giant cats keep tiny men as pets. This slice-of-life extended gag wouldn‘t have worked as well without the appealing main characters: Steve, a slob who gets teased by other cats for his obsession with men, and his adorable/annoying pet, Manfried. It wouldn‘t work at all if there were any human women pets, because the nudity would start looking pornographic in that case. An adorable #comics collection that began on the web.
A common scenario, if cat and human roles were reversed. I love how the only sound that the human pets make is “hey.”
This series of cartoons with giant cats keeping men as pets is pretty funny. I‘m accidentally on my second time through because I was preparing to review it and one page led to another. #catsofLitsy
A cat walks into a bar. What does she order? “Two fishbowls, please.”
As a cat owner a lot of the story reminded me of the things I've gone through with my cat. Because of that I thought the plot wasn't super original but it was cute.
I don‘t even like cats that much but man this was good 🙂
Love it when you find a signed copy of something on your TBR. Cats? Yes please!
I did not care for this graphic novel. The premise was cute, cats have pet men. But the joke got old fast. Then it was just a sort of boring story about a man who acts like a cat and a cat who acts like a man.
Every panel tells the story of this perfect role swap between cat and man, and it‘s a total laugh. The story, the illustrations... It‘s all brilliant!
So, if you read only one graphic novel this year, read this book!
