Trigger warning, this book contains sexual assault.
I enjoyed this book more than I wanted to, honestly. Monago writes defined characters and the plot was quite twisted.

Kat moves to a new and exclusive neighbourhood with her husband and baby; all her neighbours seem delightful, but then the notes start to arrive. With secrets she thought were well hidden, Kat begins to unravel under the menace of an unseen and unknown enemy.
A young couple and their baby move to the perfect neighbourhood, what could possibly go wrong?

Thanks for organizing Gloria and Happy Birthday!!!
This is the view from my driveway. I live across the street from a park which has a playground and a large grassy area behind it. We have kids and dogs so it's convenient. And pretty.

I enjoyed the book, even though it was a bit strange. If you read the book, let me know what you think of the “spreadsheet” and the AV neighbors. The main character development was great. A second summer read that was entertaining.
I was captivated by the multiple storylines and the colorful characters, and was definitely pulled in to see what would happen next. It was an easy read, well-written, and touched upon many different genres to appeal a variety of audiences. I prefer realistic novels, and though parts were not what I would consider to be realistic, they were written in a way that I was still highly engaged and intrigued. If anything, they made the story better!

The plot twist about halfway through this made it slightly more interesting but I still wasn‘t wowed by this book 😕
A binge worthy book

An enjoyable, easy read.
A few moments were predictable or weird and had me thinking "grrr... as if anyone would do that."
Overall a good book that you can read without having to think too much... but don't expect to feel much for any characters either.
Wait but why? I have so many questions. Additionally why do they live in a tiny house? Why was the swinging necessary to the plot? It got more interesting about 3/4 of the way through. I wouldn‘t say it‘s good but it‘s trashy and I got it for free, so I feel somewhat obligated to at least rate it higher than The Girl on the Train.
