Loved loved loved the third book in this series!!! Can‘t wait to read the next one 💜
3rd in the #thecollectors series. This one is about an “angel” murdering abusive parents and dropping the children off at Agent Ramirez‘s home.... #thriller #butterflygarden
Awesome book!!! Mercedes is front and center in this one. She has an “angel” delivering children to her doorstep after murdering their abusive parents. Can she find the killer before more children are traumatized? The author also gives us a great look into Mercedes‘ background and why she joined the CAC.
The books in this series always catch me off guard. I think it will take me a while because the content is pretty dark, and then I speed right through them. Mercedes is the focus in this one, and she must look for a person whose killing off abusive parents in front of their kids and then delivering said kids to her door. This becomes difficult in light of the horrific abuse that she experienced as a child.
#SeptemberReads: I actually read 6 books this month, but "Un arc-en-ciel dans la nuit" by Dominique Lapierre is not on the collage because it was a library book and I forgot to take a picture. Anyway I hated it.
All these are written by women, except for "More Happy Than Not".
I would call the Adam Silvera and Jodi Picoult ones 5-star reads.
Wow! This was really good but very difficult to read at times. Major triggers.
I liked this one just as much as the first book and it was way better then the second.
The latest library haul. The week has been crazy and I'm feeling a slump starting. Hoping one if these will help avoid it.
First, trigger alert on abuse. Second, major disappointment on this book. Butterfly garden was creepy, roses of May was good but not as intriguing. This book was very predictable, the constant description of the FBI agents relationships was repetitive and unprofessional. The storyline got lost on the main character. Only thing I liked was reading the progress of the girls from the butterfly garden. Very disappointed.
Of the series so far, this one isn‘t my favorite... the plot is the most predictable and just not as absorbing... Plus, I felt like there was a book missing between The Roses of May and this one... and I hate that missing out feeling! But, it is well-performed on audio and still made for entertaining #AudioColoring
Super fan of the butterfly garden. Not so much this book. Didn‘t not feel the character development and was easy to figure out what will happen
After double-checking that it‘s my personal phone—identical to my work phone, except for the Hufflepuff case—I turn it off and feel a palpable sense of relief.

Off work sick but it‘s not all bad when I‘m getting to read this. Third book in the series that started with the butterfly garden. Really enjoying it.
I finished this series! 😭😭😭 I need the next book published now!
I wasn't sure what to think of this series at first but I've loved it!
⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I really need to get this audio book finished before my Kindle Unlimited membership expires.
I hope Dot continues to use her characters in more books. I really love her style and flow.
Current read! It was just released yesterday or the day before. I hope it‘s as good as the first two!
Reading a #Netgalley ARC today. It‘s part of the “Butterfly Garden” series
