The story of three friends. How they come together and apart. And how their lives lead them away from each other and back.

For some reason I was compelled to finish this book and should not have bothered, as it‘s a mess. Flat, inconsistent characters with unrealistic arcs and minimal pointless plot. Just don‘t bother.
At least I had a snuggly lap puppy while reading. #dogsofLitsy #Bindi
October has been a very slow month of reading for me, but I managed to complete 3 books this week.

Two attempts! The first time was when I took a copy out of the library, the second was on audio book and it did not fare any better. This should be in my wheelhouse. Told from multiple POV‘s from thirty-something women, trying to make in NYC. However, for the entire length of this book all I could think was I am so glad I am not one of these women or associate with one of them.

Really enjoyed this novel about three women in their late 30s in New York navigating relationships and their changing friendships with each other.
Really enjoying this book, about three women in their late 30s living in New York and how their friendships have changed over time.
Super satirical with small hits of meaningful moments strewn in; I‘m left with a strong dislike for all these characters gets- BUT- I think that might be part of the point.
Next up for the @deweysreadathon! I‘m getting ready to start this one, and also trying to decide what to eat for lunch. It‘s such a beautiful day here in Maine. I‘m so happy the sun came out earlier than expected. ☀️❤️📚#readathon
