I subscribe and fill out a surgery + link my goodreads account and once a quarter they send me over three book recommendations based on what I‘ve loved. She always picks stuff I‘ve never heard of and I always end up enjoying them. Best service I pay for! 5y

I was unsure about this one for the first few chapters (magical realism isn't really my thing), but once things got going, I really enjoyed it. And, as per usual with these kinds of stories, I still have a lot of questions. But I'm oddly okay with that.
