1. We talked about our books we always give to others and hers was the tagged book. I love the relationships between the women.
2. I'm grateful for my family, friends, and my job.

Enjoyable read...and it was great to get more book recommendations.
Donna, I am so very excited and appreciative of this most thoughtful gift!!! I am now the thrilled owner of a signed copy of Angry Housewives Eating Bonbons, one of my favorite ever books! I can‘t wait to read Can‘t We Talk About Something More Pleasant? too. My library doesn‘t have this, so I was planning to put in a request for interlibrary loan, but now I don‘t have to! Thanks so much for this lovely birthday surprise! 🥰🤗💛
Naff front cover but awesome title! I enjoyed this one. It's about 4 mums living on the same street in the 1960s and they form a bookclub. The first half is so good but then it starts rushing thro the decades and focuses on too many periphery characters at times but it's a good read. 4/5
This title alone cracks me up! It's the name of a monthly book club hosted by a handful of hilarious suburban housewives who live on the same cul-de-sac but never met before. As they get to know each other and open up about their crazy lives, loves and favorite reads, the fun and friendships begin. Each character is a hoot and each chapter reveals a new book selection. #augustphotochallenge @TheSpinecrackersBookClub
I'm back home after a three week vacation. I haven't been able to post anything on here while I've been away but I've been reading a lot of fun vacation type books! 14 to be exact. Back to the grind tomorrow, but at least with consistent wi-fi I'll have a lot more Litsy time!
Bad title. In general, however, I enjoyed following the story of these women.
