Meh. My first book by James Patterson. Will I read others of his vast oeuvre? Maybe, but maybe not.

This book was awesome! I have read 7 James Patterson books this last week. Can't get enough of him!
5 stars!
An inn owner with a shadowed past and inn residents who have baggage of their own, band together to take on a drug dealer wreaking havoc in their small town. Fast passed and engrossing. The story has good resolution but I was left wanting to know more about the inn's residents.
1. Yes, thanks to the cupid swap ♡

5 star review because this book captivated me the second I was done with the first page. It had lots of intense action and the plot was good. I highly recommend this book to JP fans and others!
Almost done with this book. It is hard to put down and is definitely in my top 5 JP books!
I will pick up everything by Candice Fox. She is one of my favourite authors, and while I have enjoyed her team up works with Patterson, this one just did not hit the mark. It wasn‘t Fox. Her trademark dark, complex stories and characters weren‘t present. It was a great concept, but sort of fell flat for me. It was superficial.
⭐️⭐️
Entertaining, this is an easy read. A widowed ex cop, escaping a secret in Boston finds meaning when driven to protect his new small town from a drug lord. The tenants at his inn rise up to help him, revealing their own secrets along the way. It's a good old fashioned cop story with some interesting characters.
Completed “The Chain” ✅ Starting “The Inn” James Patterson is always entertaining.

Finished this one today. #TeamSlaughter @Clwojick
Folks get murdered so this one counts as team read
It took me a little longer to read this book because I‘ve been moving, but I just finished it tonight and I really liked it! This was probably one of my favorite Patterson books I‘ve read this year! I really enjoyed the characters and I wouldn‘t mind if Patterson turned this novel into a series. I believe right now it‘s just a stand-alone.
