We went to my daughter's lantern festival. I had to improvise and made two lanterns in 10 minutes. Glow sticks for the win!

Best thing about this though, managed the brisk walk home from the school without being winded in any way. This is what all the rounds of #BFC have done for me.

julesG @wanderinglynn Also lost 4 kilos, changed some food habits, made water a priority, do yoga every day now (my physiotherapist told me, she can see the differences), AND my kids have become more active and healthier eaters. 4y

Hit weekly step goal thanks to a monster day 1 (boardwalk steps). I think I hit calorie goal but I didn't log this week. Enjoyed visiting a lantern festival today though!
