Here‘s my stats as we wrap up #BFC #BFCr3.

💙 Overall average wasn‘t 50k steps a week, but I put in 256K and that‘s undoubtedly more than I would have done if not for the challenge.
💙 This last weeks new goals of doing my PT exercises and closing my 🍎⌚️rings went well. PT daily and at least 2/3 rings daily.
💙 11/12 books read
💙 Ate like I intended to all but 2 meals so 40/42!
💙 My #TeamNamastePositive is awesome! ❤️❤️❤️

Week 6
Did not reach any goals this week except books read (9) as I was sick and then have been beyond busy at rehearsals/performances of Julius Caesar (I am Cinna the Conspirator, pictured above). Loved my team, felt bad I went AWOL! Thanks for a good round!

bookandcat @wanderinglynn thanks! Doing better. Had an allergic reaction so had breathing issues (which made it hard to walk 😅) but am off of the steroids/inhaler - all back to normal now! 2mo

This week... phew! I don‘t know if it was a kick-ass week or if the week kicked my ass! Old fitness tracker broke Sunday so I got an 🍎⌚️. It‘s awesome! Books remain at 8 and didn‘t quite get to 50K steps but some are unaccounted for. I‘m pleased with the week. I ❤️ Mel Robbins! Low FODMAP will now be Keto (doc says it‘s time). Other new goals include doing PT exercises at home & closing those damn circles daily.

Hit weekly step goal thanks to a monster day 1 (boardwalk steps). I think I hit calorie goal but I didn't log this week. Enjoyed visiting a lantern festival today though!

I live! Sorry for the radio silence, #TeamNamastePositive; my first back to school as a school librarian kicked my butt! But I‘ve been doing well on my #BFC goals; I‘ve increased my running to 5–6 days per week, and I‘ve been reading a ton.

So my layout efforts need work 😂 but here are my #BookFitnessChallenge stats for the week! I was sick Monday so steps are low but I went to the doctor for the first time in a year which is BIG for me and many chubby bubbies I know that avoid docs. 🥴

Got my steps in! Beach vacation plus walkable town = steps and books 😁 however, no clue on calories, didn't log. Did well before we went on vacation 😜😆 am enjoying myself!
