2. Listen to rain or listen to silence. I prefer real rain, but I'll create my own mix on asoftmurmur.com.
3. Do word puzzles, especially crosswords.
4. Deep breathes: inhale for 4, hold for 5-7, exhale for as long as I can.
5. AVOID THE NEWS. If I can.
