Tried these versions of pão de queijo (Brazilian cheese bread) tonight! Delicious! I also have a cheddar version in the freezer. I will definitely buy them again! #FoodandLit

I still want to find a book about the Brazilian gauchos because it is a cultural group. Here are some pictures of a past visit to a Brazilian steakhouse. Had our gaucho waiter explain his costume. Grilled pineapple - yum. #FoodandLit @Texreader

Butterfinger I feel like a hypocrite because the cattle industry is one of the reasons the rainforest is being depleted at such a fast rate. 3y
