I wasn‘t sure about this book at first. I had trouble relating to the MC, and I put it down for a few weeks. But I needed something light, so I tried again , and ultimately enjoyed it. Seaside, baking, and romance. Not great literature, but a nice diversion. And I just love this cover.

I picked this up as a Kindle deal recently (they have my number 😂), and I‘m ready for a light read after my last book. So this is #next up. It might be because I love this cover!

They had my attention at ‘macaroons‘ 😋

I loved this book...it was light-hearted, contained romance, food, beaches, dogs and even mermaids! I have to admit to having a small crush on the leading man! A lovely, warm story about growing up, making choices and friendship. An easy read which was what I needed! Best bit is...there are more in the series 📚
