bailedI‘m bailing on this a bit more than 50% through. This was on a books to read before you die list, and I can see the merit of its place there. Unfortunately, several unlikable characters and the misery of the plot are just too depressing for me to continue. I‘m grateful for learning about the author and this book‘s place in inspiring the quiet revolution, and I‘m ultimately glad I picked it up, but it‘s just not for me right now.
